WINDOW LEAKS, FOGGING and OPERATION ISSUES
Window and sliding glass door issues are a frequent homeowner concern. Homeowners have reported the following conditions to us:

- “Fogging” or condensation between the panes
- Staining to window sills or ledges
- Staining to drywall around windows
- Windows not opening/closing properly
- Cracked windows
- Wind or dust coming through windows

Leaks can be caused by improper installation, defects with the window itself, or even movement of the building structure that damages the window. Building movement can also cause windows (and doors) to become difficult to open and close.
