Mark A. Arreguin is an Associate Attorney whose main area of practice centers around representing owners of single-family residences in construction defect actions, homeowner associations and consumers who have been harmed by others. Mr. Arreguin has worked in the construction defect arena for over a decade, first as a legal assistant at one of the largest Plaintiffs’ construction defect firms in the state, then as Garcia I Marsalli, LLP’s Office Manager, and now as an attorney. He has also worked on numerous false advertising and class action cases. During his tenure at our firm, Mr. Arreguin has been instrumental in successfully resolving dozens of cases and recovering millions of dollars on behalf of homeowners and consumers throughout California.

Mr. Arreguin attended Claremont McKenna College (Class of 2010) where he received an undergraduate degree in Governmental Studies. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School (Class of 2017) in Los Angeles where he earned the prestigious Wildman Schumacher scholarship.
