JEROD A. MARSALLI, ESQ:

Mr. Marsalli has represented homeowners, homeowner associations, and other consumers in construction defect/product liability actions and other consumer disputes for over twenty years. He has represented thousands of individuals and families, recovering millions of dollars that have helped clients repair their homes and compensate them for their damages. Mr. Marsalli has litigated cases throughout California, from Orange County to Sutter County, both individual actions and complex civil litigation involving hundreds of homeowners experiencing a wide variety of construction problems.

Mr. Marsalli has also represented clients in homeowners’ association disputes, various real estate transactional matters, mortgage disputes, employee-employer disputes, and other insurance disputes. He has also frequently been hired as a consultant by other firms. Prior to Garcia | Marsalli, LLP, Mr. Marsalli was the founder and owner of The Marsalli Law Firm, APC. Before starting his own practice, he was the managing attorney for the Northern California office of another Plaintiffs’ law firm specializing in construction defect litigation.

Mr. Marsalli is the managing partner of the firm's Northern California practice located in Pleasant Hill, California. He is licensed to practice in all Courts in the State of California and the State of Nevada. Mr. Marsalli is also a member of the international Community Associations Institute (CAI), and he has earned CAI’s Educated Business Partner distinction. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.

Mr. Marsalli earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law (‘01) and obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (‘97). While at UC Davis, Mr. Marsalli served as the Neumiller Chair of the Moot Court Board (appellate advocacy program) and Chair of the Trial Practice Honors Board. He continues to be involved with King Hall through their alumni-student mentorship program.
