ISRAEL E. GARCIA, ESQ:

Mr. Garcia has been practicing law since 2001 and cares deeply about representing individuals and organizations that have been harmed by others. He is the managing partner of the firm’s Southern California office, located in El Segundo, California. His cases have recovered well over $300 million dollars on behalf of his clients. Most of Mr. Garcia's cases have involved representing homeowners and homeowner's associations in construction defect cases against developers and subcontractors, representing consumers in business and contract disputes, and assisting clients in disputes with their insurance companies.

Additionally, Mr. Garcia has handled personal injury cases, landlord-tenant and real-estate disputes, business disputes, false advertising and consumer violation cases, and many other types of legal matters. He has also served as a consultant on television programming dealing with consumer rights issues.

Prior to Garcia | Marsalli, LLP, Mr. Garcia was a partner at another prominent Plaintiffs' law firm where he worked for over fifteen years. Mr. Garcia supervised a team of lawyers and was the top producing attorney at the firm for many years.

Mr. Garcia is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University ('96) and Loyola Law School ('01). At Loyola Law School, Mr. Garcia earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Research & Writing and Trial Advocacy, and was on the Dean's List for Academic Excellence. Mr. Garcia remains active with his Alma Mater and currently serves on the Board of Governors at Loyola Law School, where he is also a mentor to young law students.

Mr. Garcia is a member of various county bar associations, the Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles. He is also a member of the international Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has vast experience personally litigating cases in most of California's 58 counties.

Mr. Garcia is happily married and the proud father of two incredible kids, Arianna and Lucas, with whom he enjoys spending every free minute.
